Tools to make health a habit

Believe it or not Thanksgiving is not that far away and this is this time off year that people don't put their health as a priority. If you need some help in making health important, and to stick to your weight loss goals, then check out the products from Habitwise.

Habitwise has products for women, men and children that help in the areas of weight management, disease management, water intake and fitness. These products come with a habit plan thaHabitwiset was designed by a team at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

The products for women and children are bracelets that you start out wearing on one wrist in the morning and as you go through the day you move those bracelets to the other wrist as you accomplish your goals such as eating right, drinking water, and exercising. For men the products are coins that start out in one pocket and that get moved to the other pocket to hold the accomplishments.

I think this is a great tool for anyone who needs any extra motivation to stick to their weight loss or fitness plan. If you have a way that you motivate yourself that is like the Habitwise product please share them with us.
