People, the name of the game is moderation. The food that we put into our mouth that is too much and too often would have deleterious effects on human health over time. The bottom line is just eat in moderation. Eating whipped topping dessert or any other foods for that matter is one of the best things in life along.

While we want our foods to taste good, the amount of nutrition they offer is more important. Learn about nutrient density and how to choose nutrient-dense foods.

As Jack LaLanne says, "If man made it, don't eat it".

This ingredient list is directly from the "TRUwhip" website. There is not a whole food amongst them:

INGREDIENTS: Water, organic tapioca syrup, expeller-pressed palm kernel oil, organic cane sugar, organic palm kernel oil, contains less than 2% of each of the following: organic soy protein concentrate, sodium caseinate (milk protein), natural flavors, organic soy lecithin, xanthan gum, guar gum. Contains milk and soy.

This "food" is made up of food artifacts and sugar and can hardly be good for you. I would hardly call this product "natural".

Why do we need whipped toppings anyways? What ever happened to just eating the fruit by itself? Use it to top pie? So you are advocating adding a sugary topping to your already sugary pie? Where is the logic in this?
