Big Tip for Tuesday

BigtipfortuesdaySince I’m here at my seminar for 3 days sharing ideas, program designs, and research I wanted to share with you a great tip that came up today.

It’s actually an over-riding theme that seems to come up in one way or another in most people’s talks...

And that is, that in order to lose weight and transform your body permanently you must follow a healthy nutritional program and keep your body active. But the key is, that can and has to happen in a way that you can manage to fit your lifestyle.

Maybe you only focus on nutrition first, or maybe you only start with taking 30 minute walks every day, but the main point is that you MUST do something. You don’t have to have all the answers when you first start out… they will come in time with continuing education. Plus, you’ll find that by just starting out you will get the ball rolling and the motivation to do even more will come as you start feeling and seeing the benefits of living healthier.

It’s contagious. Do something today and maybe a little bit more tomorrow… before you know it you will have made progress and implemented a lot of the tips from the knowledge you have read and learned in your weight loss research.
