Don't Let Another Week Go By!
Today's the day after Christmas and I wanted to take a minute to give you my view on New Years Resolutions.
Most people wait until January 1st to set their goals and start a weight loss routine. But, my advice to you today is to not let another seven days go by while cheating on your nutrition and slacking off on your workouts.
I recommend writing down your New Year's goals today and to start to put into action a plan that will help you accomplish those goals.
This will prevent another week going by that you could've used to work on getting into shape for 2009. So go ahead and use this next week to lose weight through fine-tuning you nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices rather than making more work for yourself before getting started for the New Year.
