Last Minute Thanksgiving Day Weight Loss Tips

I know it's last minute, but I wanted to share with you 3 more tips to survive Thanksgiving Day dinner Last_minute_thanksgiving_day_weight without gaining weight.

1. Start your day off with a quick workout. It only has to be 10-20 minutes and you can use an interval format to get your heart rate up and get your body moving. Try getting in this workout at home to save time before you get ready for your day.

2. Don't pack it in! Choose your favorite dishes and try just a taste of the ones you absolutely must have. No one's going to slap your hand if you go back for more later, but you may find you are satisfied with just taking a small sliver or taste.

3. Walk it off! I can definitely tell you that I will be taking my dog for a long walk after dinner to get my body moving and burn off a few of the surplus calories I just consumed.

Most of all I hope you enjoy the day and have fun getting together with friends and family to celebrate and give thanks for all you have.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Great advice for anyone. Eating in moderation and getting in a workout to start the day is a good combination.
