Enjoy Your Thanksgiving Holidiay

Hopefully you have planned out your Thanksgiving day so you can enjoy all the delicious food, yet not go overboard on calories. Remember to eat breakfast and lunch so when it is time for your dinner you don't feel the need to eat huge portions of high calorie and high fat foods. Hopefully, you got some exercise in before your meal, but if not, or even if you did, take a walk after your Thanksgiving meal - it is a great way to end your holiday.

Even if you do indulge more than you planned, just remember that tomorrow is another day and you can get right back on your path to weight loss. Don't let this one day be a set back for the rest of the week and weekend. Start again with keeping your food diary, drinking your water, eating fruits and vegetables, enjoying lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains.

Happy Thanksgiving!
