Are you tired all the time?

J0423043 Are you tired all the time and so tired that you don't even want to exercise? And you say you don’t have time? Do you have time to be tired and everything that it entails such as not being productive, forgetful, grumpy, unhealthy, overweight, etc.? Maybe it’s time to really make activity a priority in your life.

A study just confirmed that when persistently fatigued people exercised for at least 30 minutes just three times a week for six weeks, their energy rose 20%. This wasn’t hard core activity either. It was low-intensity a few times a week, not a hard core work out. It just goes to show you even a small amount of gentle exercise can make a big difference in your energy level.

We are all busy and yet the busiest people I know exercise on a regular basis. Readers how do you make time in your busy lives to keep activity a priority?
