Why Do You Overeat?
To figure out why you overeat you first have to know why. Here are some possible explanations for it and the solutions.
Problem: You make no time for breakfast so you grab a white bagel, muffin or doughnut, which sets off your blood sugar so you over eat later. Strategy: Breakfast doesn’t have to be a major meal. Purchase some healthy instant oatmeal (Kashi is good), heat your water, and make the oatmeal the minute you wake up. You can take some bites between showering and dressing. (Better yet sit down and eat it; it really doesn’t take that long!) Grab some fresh fruit and almonds and eat them on the way into work.
Problem: It’s 3 PM in the afternoon and your energy is lagging. The vending machine is calling your name. Strategy: Stash some single serving packages of nuts/seeds in your desk and have some fresh fruit. Make it a point not to wait till you are starving before you have a snack.
Problem: You are planning a late dinner with friends. It’s 5 pm and you are already hungry. Strategy: have some fresh yogurt and fruit to tie you over.
Problem: It’s past bedtime but your stomach is growling at you. Strategy: have a nice big piece of fresh fruit instead of a big bowl of cereal or cookies.
Remember you have to have the foods available and planned out for these strategies to work.

I also try to stay disciplined and keep a regular eating schedule. Staying committed to your goal is important.

Due to busy life, one can not concentrate on his diet. So we are finding a lot of calories and fat under our skin. I prefer going for a nice weight loss program where you can expect a great help.
