Information Overload

One thing I do feel that I have to mention in regards to the Glamour Magazine post is that with the Informationoverload massive amount of information about health & fitness that is available to you, I would recommend being very selective about what you choose to accept. Literally anyone with access to a computer can upload a video or article to the web and you have no idea if it is any good or not...

This applies to nutrition, exercise, lifestyle tips, or any other self-improvement area.

So whether it is one of my posts or someone else's just make sure you research that person's background and the information they are providing you before making it a part of your health & fitness routine.

It only makes sense to protect your body and your overall health...
