What are Your Dieting Challenges?

J0410133 Everyone seems to say they want to go on a diet, yet obviously with the obesity epidemic still escalating by the day, not many people are following through with actually doing so. So if you are seriously considering doing something about your weight once and for all, you will have to isolate your challenges and problem solve them. I suggest outlining them before you implement your program or at least put SMART goal setting in place so you can be successful in smaller steps. Put them in writing so your issues are clear. Then If you can’t find reasonable answers use ND’s web site and specific tools to find your answers or hire a qualified RD or CNC for professional guidance with your efforts, especially if you have been trying to lose weight for years and never been successful.

For today just focus on one single question: What are your largest weight loss challenges? Really take the time to think them out carefully. Divide your challenges into both a food section and an exercise segment. Tomorrow I’ll outline some specifics in these areas.
