Nutrition Guidelines for Kids
To piggy-back on Elaine's post for today about school lunches I thought it would be appropriate to make available for you The Daily Nutritional Requirements for Kids. From the book Real Food for Healthy Kids the nutritional guidelines have been broken down into age level from pre-schoolers to middle and high school students. Use these guidelines as a tool so when you are planning out meals that will fit into your weight loss plan they can fit into your child's daily needs as well.
Keep a look out for more recipes that are healthy and great tasting for both you and your children.

Books on nutrition for ANYONE may soon be defunct, as the government will soon be killing off live enzymes and cancer fighting phytonutrients through the irradiation of our produce. This is soon to become law and most concerning for our growing children!
Anyone concerned about nutrition in our food should become aware quickly. We only have until 2009!
Thanks for a fantastic, informative blog!
