Ignorance is NOT bliss!

J0390540 After viewing some of Dana's shocking calorie counts on NY's menus I'm hoping people will come out of their denial around how much they are really consuming when they go out for a meal.

Some people don’t lose weight because they are simply not being honest with how much they actually eat. "Ignorance is bliss" is no longer bliss when you step on a scale after some of those NY meals! Successful dieters already have the honesty habit of how much they are eating and they take the time to do their "homework" by checking calorie counts usually before they eat. All that information that is posted on a menu is online here at ND as well. So pick bliss (and weight loss) by knowing how many calories you are really consuming. Those favorite jeans are waiting for you....
