Achievement with Weight Loss
Yesterday I discussed goal setting. Today I will elaborate just a little more on the idea of having goals and why they are so important.
The very first step is decide once and for all, very specifically that you are ready to lose the weight and do all the work that is involved in achieving it. I call this a promise or commitment.
To attain achievement you have to have very definitive objectives. This means you need to have short-term goals that build on the one big ultimate goal of weight loss. You need to have a specific starting and an ending point for each goal and you need to set realistic time frames for the mini goals to you keep the momentum ongoing.
