Decoding the Nutrition Facts Lablel - Part 2

Calories_2 Calories and calories from fat is the next part of the Nutrition Facts Label that you should look at.

After you calculate your daily needs with ND's Daily Need Calculator you will be able to use this part of the label to help you stay within your daily calorie range.

This part of the label will be most important in helping you manage your weight. You must remember that the calories are based on one serving so you also have to monitor how many servings you are consuming.

Now when you fill in your food diary you can write down the serving size and calories, that you will total at the end of the day, which will help you to better monitor your caloric intake intake.

Tomorrow I will decode more of the Nutrition Facts Label so you can continue to make healthy food choices for yourself.
