A Satisfying Low-Fat Meal

Miso_glazed_turn Miso-Glazed Tuna Kebabs are an easy to prepare dish. The tuna has to marinade for about an hour, but once that is done in 30 minutes you will have a delicious and satisfying low-fat meal.

Miso would make a great marinade but you do have to be careful that you don't use a brand that has MSG in. Most of them don't but if you have MSG sensitivity it would be good to check it out first. Otherwise, this sounds like a great recipe.
