Weight Loss Tips, Action - 3
The last few days I have been giving tips on how to lose weight.
- Today it's all about action! It's about implementing your food plan and all that goes with it. If it's not on your top five list it's just not important enough. Action has to be a priority. Thinking about change is not doing it.
- We all know there are numerous changes usually involved when losing weight so work on your challenges one at a time if necessary and set a realistic time boundary for yourself so you are always making progress in some way.
- Make yourself accountable, which you can do with a food log (ND's Pantry works well here). This is the perfect tool especially if you are losing weight on your own. It's also imperative that you know you really are following your plan correctly (along with the correct serving sizes and food balance) which is why, once again, you also need to keep some records. Memory alone cannot possibly keep all this straight.
Jim Rohn states: "Don't wish it were easier, wish you were better." I say make it a point to take action so you are better!
