Paid to Get Healthy?

I frequently work in large corporations here in California. Many companies already offer fitness gyms, discounts, and special programs to promote fitness with their employees. The sad truth is that only a small percentage of the employees takes advantage of it all.

So what does it take to get healthy? It's sounding more and more like government now has to do that too. Readers please give us your opinion on this topic!
