Eating Right on a Budget
Let's face it...food that is good for you, especially fruits and vegetables, can be expensive. It's difficult to go to the supermarket and spend $4.99 on a pineapple when 3 candy bars will cost your $1.00.
Here are some tips to eating right, so you can continue to lose weight, when you are on a budget:
- Make a grocery list and stick to it - use circulars to find the best buys
- Don't spend money on bottled beverages - drink water
- Use a sink faucet or pitcher filtration system instead of buying bottled water
- Buy store brands of cereals, canned goods and frozen items
- Make you own 100-calorie snack packs
- Don't buy in bulk - buy what you need or split it with a friend

Maybe we should try an appetite suppressant to strike out unnecessary snacking, like: http://www.pastoreformulations.com/product_p/005.htm.
No caffeine, no stimulants, all natural!
I think it would be a cost-efficient way to cut down calories, plus it's safer than a typical diet pill...
