A New Diet Recommendation

Breakfast1 The Big Breakfast Diet is from a new study that shows that eating a big breakfast - with a high amount of carbs and protein - helps keep hunger low the rest of the day and prevents carb cravings. The diet showed really great immediate and long term weight loss results. The results from this study were presented at the Endocrine Society's 90th Annual Meeting in San Francisco. If you are going to try out The Big Breakfast Diet make sure you choose whole grain/high fiber carbohydrates, such as oatmeal, whole grain cereals, and breads.
