Motivation for a Holiday Weekend
Holidays will always be loaded
with more food temptation for one reason or another. One way to motivate
yourself is to focus on your biggest and strongest motivator.
For example is
there a wedding you are looking forward to? Whether you are the bride, bridesmaid
or even just the guest, what will you be wearing? Will it be slinky, elegant or will you be baring all?
Will you be sitting on a beach sometime this summer? Won’t those six pack abs or soft curves look much nicer?
Always try to focus on what you
actually do want, rather than what you don’t want. It's much more positive and
motivating!
