Motivation: Biggest Loser Triathlon

Triathlon Did you catch last night's episode of The Biggest Loser?

If you didn't, you missed a great challenge where each contestant competed in a mini-triathlon. Whoever raced to the fastest time won

immunity from being voted off and got the chance to reconnect with their family after 3 months away at the weight loss ranch.

Although it was a shorter distance than a normal triathlon, it proved that you can truly accomplish anything you set your mind to it. These contestants who weigh about 50 -100+lbs over their recommended body weight would never have dreamed about competing in a triathlon 12 weeks ago.

The road to getting in shape and losing weight is never an easy one, but with the right balance of determination, will power, and a proper exercise and nutrition program you really can make your dreams come true. The Biggest Loser proved that last night.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is to let go of the limitations of what you believe you can and can't achieve and just set a goal of what you would really like to attain. Keep that goal in front of you everyday and work towards that every waking hour until your dream is realized.

The only obstacle that stands between you and your dreams is you.
